“S1” FOREIGN NATIONAL RESIDING FOR STUDENT OF SECONDARY SCHOOL OR UNIVERSITY

    • Letter of inviting school or university /including travel purpose of foreign national /
    • Copy of registration certificate /if school or university has not applied before/
    • Copy of passport / at least valid for 6 months or above/
    • Copy of employee card or confidential which is issued for person supplying these documents
    • Visa permit fee – 1000 tugrugs per person
    • Additional documents shall be submitted if necessary

 

Visa permit shall be issued within 5 business days at normal service and 3 business days at express service. Visa permit code shall be sent via message.

Notice: Registration shall be issued at the Mongolia Immigration Agency within 7 business days after foreign national entry to Mongolia.


  • Passport and its copy
  • 3.5*4.5 photo /taken within last six months/
  • Application form – 4
  • Registration fee – 1000 tugrugs per person


Registration shall be issued within 3 business days.

Notice: Residence permit shall be applied within 21 days after foreign national entry to Mongolia.

  • Residential address statement issued by the governor of soum or khoroo
  • Copy of employee card or confidential which is issued for person supplying these documents
  • Take the fingerprints /if not taken before/
  • Application form – 4 along with 3.5*4.5 photo /if you already filled out application form for registration, you dont need to fill the form again/
  • Additional documents shall be submitted if necessary
  • Resident permit fee
